At Eclipse Sample Sales, we strive to provide exclusive access to luxury brands at exceptional prices; however, due to the limited nature of our inventory, all returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
